- Shipping costs are free of charge for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 39.00 euro including VAT.
- For orders of an amount equal or inferior to 38,99 euro VAT included shipping costs amount to 5,00 euro.
- It is always possible to verify the amount of shipping costs before finalizing the order.
- The shipments in Italy are entrusted to GLS.

What are the delivery times in Italy ?
- We ship throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving your order. We guarantee our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows to trace the package from the moment of departure from our warehouse until delivery. In case of doubts or for more information about our delivery service, the Customer Service is at your disposal.
- Deliveries are made by land transport within the next 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In case a problem occurs to the courier during the transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limits, please let us know promptly: we will try to solve the situation as soon as possible.
All orders received before 15:00 will leave the same day.

- Foreign shipping costs are free with an amount equal to or greater than € 99,00 euro including VAT.
- For orders of an amount equal to or less than 98.99 euros VAT including shipping costs vary depending on the place of shipment. The cost for each shipment varies according to the place and time required, and can be verified at the time of order.
- Shipments abroad are entrusted to UPS or GLS depending on the country of destination of the package.
- All shipments are tracked online and can be viewed on the websites of shippers.
What are the delivery times abroad ?
- We ship abroad within 48/36 hours after receiving the order with delivery times varying depending on the destination. We guarantee our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows to trace the package from the moment of departure from our warehouse until delivery. In case of doubts or for more information about our delivery service, the Customer Service is at your disposal.
*N.B: it is not possible to provide a guarantee on delivery and handling times, because the variables are different and unforeseen events may occur due to force majeure. Especially once you have entrusted your package to the courier, it is not possible to guarantee a precise delivery time. What we guarantee you is our commitment to process your order within 48/36 hours (except holidays) from the date of receipt of the same.
Damaged goods - Delivery error
If a misunderstanding, total (wrong parcel) or partial (one or more wrong items in the parcel) occurs in the delivery, or if one or more items are broken due to impacts in the transport, the customer must immediately notify email@example.com.
We do not accept complaints after 48 hours from receipt of the package.
What can I do if the tracking doesn't work?
If the tracking number you received doesn't work on the courier tracking page, don't worry! You may have to wait for the package to be picked up by the courier before you can track it. Please try again later.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it because the products are already being prepared in order to guarantee the shortest possible processing time.
To cancel your order, please proceed with your right of withdrawal once we receive your order.
How can I change the shipping address?
Once the order has been confirmed it is no longer possible to proceed with the change of shipping address.
